Fantastic car rental service. Booking, confirmation, pick-up, and drop-off were all smooth and simple processes. A new Ertiga 2024 car was provided at the airport upon my arrival. Nous avons loué une voiture pour 18 jours à l'île Maurice avec SMILE CAR RENTAL, qui nous avait été conseillé, et en effet nous avons été pleinement satisfaits pour notre premier séjour sur cette très belle île ! Drawna est une personne très agréable et très professionnelle, il n'y a rien à dire, tout était parfait, et le prix très compétitif. Il nous a amené la voiture à l'aéroport comme convenu, très ponctuel, souriant, il nous a même donné quelques conseils pour notre voyage, qui nous ont été très utiles. Le deuxième conducteur est inclus dans le prix, ainsi que l'assurance, avec une petite franchise de l'ordre de 500€ en cas de souci. Pas de mauvaise surprise, tout était conforme, ainsi qu'à la restitution du véhicule.

Great service...!! We were met at the airport after a late flight from Perth WA. Drawna couldn't have been more helpful. An almost new car delivered and even the airport parking paid for as we didn't have any small currency..! Can't get much better than that. Car was excellent for the Island and performed perfectly for such a great rate. Even met us for a late night drop-off..... Use 'Smile' for real service...!! 🙂

We contacted smile car hire before we arrived in Mauritius to book car hire for 2 weeks vacation on the island. We arrived at the airport where we were met by drawna a very polite and helpful man. He sorted everything out for us on arrival, the whole process was much easier than what we expected (this I put down to the help from drawna).

Świetny kontakt z właścicielem Drawna o każdej porze, najlepszy stosunek ceny do otrzymanego samochodu. Odbiór i zwrot na lotnisku w wcześniej ustalonej porze, mieliśmy lot z samego rana i zwrot samochodu w wczesnych godzinach nie stanowił problemu. Autko czyste, zadbane, bardzo komfortowe, brak blokady na karcie, jedynie w ramach zabezpieczenia zrobiona kopia karty. W 100 % mogę polecić usługi tej wypożyczalni.
Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku, pewna firma i tańsza o przynajmniej 25% niż firmy hotelowe. Samochód za niewielka dopłata podstawia i zabiorą skąd chcemy. Biorą kaucje w niespotykanej dzisiaj formie , której trochę się obawiałem ale w rezultacie wszystko Ok.

Wszystko w najlepszym porządku. Doskonały kontakt, samochód Ok, bezpieczeństwo tranzakcji. Stosunek jakość cena bardzo przyzwoita. Cena o 25% lepsza niż w hotelach. Trochę niepokój wzbudził sposób zapewniania kaucji poprzez maszynke jak ze starych filmów odbitka karty ale był on nieuzasadniony. Firmę mogę Polecić z czystym sumieniem.
Zarezerwowałem auto ponad pół roku wcześniej. Prze ten czas właściciel utrzymywał ze mną stały kontakt na Watts App, składając nawet życzenia świateczno-noworoczne. Dzień przed przylotem wysłałem mu skan prawa jazdy. Po przybyciu na miejsce auto czekało czyściutkie i pachnące. Dokumenty były przygotowane, pozostał tylko protokół usterek (zarysowań) pojazdu. Jak ktoś wcześniej napisał, co do kaucji, dalej jest stara zasada przeciągnięcia po samokalkującym się papierze. Miałem nową kartę kredytową bez wypukłych cyferek. Wówczas spytał mnie, czy mam inną z wypukłościami. Miałem debetową. Spytał mnie tylko, czy na debetowej mam 1500 Euro i "przeciągnął strugiem". Przy zwrocie autka oddał wszystkie kopie "kaucji". Jeszcze raz baaaardzo polecam Drawna i jego wypożyczalnię samochodów na Mauritiusie.
